    Department of Music and Performing Arts Festival Week 2011 at Anglia Ruskin Arts

    Wine Tasting - Champagne at D’Arry’s

    The French arguably make the best sparkling wine in the world – Champagne, but their new world competitors are catching up fast. We will taste a wide range of sparkling wines including Champagne, Prosecco, & Cava from around the globe from countries such as New Zealand, Australia, California, England, and of course Champagne! This is an opportunity to taste high quality Champagne and compare it to some of the best sparkling wines coming from cool-climate locations around the World. The wines will be accompanied by canapes of smoked salmon. All tastings include: minimum of 6 wines sourced locally so you can find them easily if you like them, full tasting notes, use of professional tastings glasses and nibbles.
